Section 47
Wages not to be paid
: Regardless of what is written elsewhere in this paragraph, if there is an arrangement for women workers to receive wages from the Social Security Fund for the period of maternity leave, the employer shall not pay the workers for such leave period as per this paragraph to that extent.
